I hated that pairing. She was such a bitch. At least with Jessica you knew she was just using Bart, but Nikki can't make up her mind what the hell she wants. But as she's just a one-off character, probably never to be seen again (thank god), I don't have any more worries about her screwing Bart up in the future.
I'm just waiting for the moment when the writers actually have Bart and Sherri/Terri get together, even if it's only for one episode.
They've been throwing hints that there's an attraction between Bart and one of the Twins all through the series, ad it was implied that he actually went out with one of them to a school dance ("Hungry Hungry Homer" episode), but nothing has ever been shown of this.
But it'll probably never happen, as the writers are obsessed with cramming guest-stars into almost every episode these days, and that's an excuse to give Bart a new, never-seen-again love-interest each time.
I read somewhere that Matt Groening and some of the other writers never really like the Twins, and always saw them as simply as teasers of Bart (and of some of the other students), and obviously decided that it wasn't worth expanding their personalities, like they did with Martin and Nelson.
Sweet, you used my suggestion! Strange, Milhouse looks less....geeky than normal. I love that you added Nikki looking really pissed in the background, ya snooze ya lose Nikki! (Srsly though, you can't play headgames with Bart, he doesn't really "get" them too well).
Bart and Terri look so cute together on the board, and Sherri is very approving of the scene too. And I'm really approving of it. ^_^ Insta- ^__^
Hmm...alls I could suggest there, is to get a frame of Milhouse from one of the recent eps onscreen, and trace it. Then keep doing this for a whole bunch of frames of different angles/expressions. It might help.
Bart's head is deceptively easy looking to draw, being mostly shaped like a tin of canned eyeballs (inside joke for those who've read the "How to draw The Simpsons" ).
Finally something new lol, looks good I like it. Your art always stands out in my stack messages. Didn't I say something before that you should do a Jealious Nikki??? well if I did or didn't it's all good.
Not entirely intentional. I thought I would show some eyelashes for Terri, seeing as her fringe was being blown aside like that, but I shouldn't of drawn a lash so far down the side of her eye. It just doesn't look right. The same with Sherri's.
Normally I don't draw their lashes visible when their eyes are fully open, as their long fringe conceals them normally. I doo draw them when their 'lids are lowered, though.
I think it might be that you tend to draw the fringe lower down and covering the eyes more than I do. With they way I tend to draw them, the fringe barely covers the top of their eyes.
Well that's still better than no 'lashes. I still find it curious that S&T are probably the only girls usually drawn without eyelashes. Yet the... person Sherri was interested in during "hungry hungry Homer" was the only "boy" drawn WITH eyelashes.
Also, I just noticed Terri looks thinner than Sherri here.
